While I'm doing my best to make sure you don't run into any issues with your CafeSigma site, there are still some times when you need some tech support. You may have an idea for a new feature which would help your business, or there could be an issue with how your site displays. All of these can be handled through the new ticket-based support system, easily accessible from your Administration bar: [photo:17762]
From here, you're greeted by the Support Tickets overview screen, which lists any tickets which you have created. [photo:79217]
To create a new support request, click the "Create New Support Ticket" button, and you'll be brought to a form where you can enter your request: [photo:25964]
Click the "Send" button, and you're good to go! If you've activated SMS Notifications, you will be notified via text message when I've responded to your support request. You'll also see a notification on the Administration bar when you're logged in on your site.
Hope this helps everyone, it should make it a lot easier both to reach me and to keep records of requests. While E-Mail is nice, it lacks the threaded nature of a ticketing system, and it becomes easy over time to lose potentially critical information. This aims to avoid all of those issues.
